The scope of Services provided by our Office include:- preparing notarial deeds, including, among others:
- contracts of sale
- preliminary contracts
- contracts for the dissolution of co-ownership

- contracts for the transfer of ownership of real estate

- deeds establishing personal and praedial servitudes
- last will and testaments
- contracts for the division of an estate
- agreements on marital property
- agreements on the division of joint property
- preparing deeds attesting succession
- preparing certificates
- taking minutes
- preparing protests against bills of exchange and cheques
- serving statements
- keeping deposits of documents, monies and securities
- making official copies, extracts and abstracts of documents
- preparing, upon clients’’ request, drafts of deeds, statements, and other documents
- performing other activities resulting from regulations
Before conducting each transaction, a free consultation with the Notary is required as to individually agree on the form of the activity and to obtain a list of necessary documents as well as establish the costs connected with the transaction.
Notarial activities may be performed outside the Office if the nature of the activity or particular circumstances so require.

Below there is a list of basic documents necessary to perform notarial services:
- for the contract of sale of an apartment or business premises:
- valid extract from the land and mortgage register
- a document being the basis of acquisition (e.g. copy of a notarial deed, court decision on inheritance acquisition)
- a certificate issued by a competent Head of the Revenue Office on paying an inheritance and endowment tax – if the acquisition of a property took place on the basis of inheritance or a contract of donation concluded after January 2007
- ID cards of persons participating in transaction and their NIP (Tax identification) numbers
- for the preparation of a contract of sale of the cooperative member’s ownership of apartment or business premises:
- valid extract from the land and mortgage register if it is kept for the ownership being sold
- a document being the basis of acquisition (e.g. allocation, copy of a notarial deed, contract for transforming the cooperative housing tenancy right into the cooperative members’’ right of ownership, court decision on inheritance acquisition)
- ID cards of persons participating in transaction and their NIP (Tax identification) numbers
- for the preparation of a contract of sale of a real property being a developed or vacant plot of land:
- valid extract from the land and mortgage register
- a document being the basis of acquisition (e.g. copy of a notarial deed, court decision on inheritance acquisition)
- an extract from the land register with a comment that the document is to be used for making an entry in the land and mortgage register (issued by a competent Starostwo Powiatowe)
- a certificate of the indented use of the plot in the spatial land development plan or of lack of such a plan within a given area (within a competent Municipal Office)
- ID cards of persons participating in the transaction and their NIP numbers
